Whitley, a.k.a "The Solution" Chief Visionary Officer of WH Consulting, has years of experience building small companies up to lower middle market status. With his creation of Solution 44 methodology, scaling your business while building an operating system that will last is truly his passion. With over 25 years of working directly with powerhouses like Marathon Petroleum Corporation, HollyFrontier, Enterprise Products, MPLx, Aux Sable Liquid Products, and many others, he has executed strategies that saved companies like these millions of dollars. Charisse Hurst
Charisse is a Co-Founder of WH Consulting and helped create the business management methods known as Solution 44. She is affectionately called "The Bridge" for her uncanny ability to bridge the gap between theory, and execution of a prescribed application. With a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Western Governors University, Charisse works closely with our clients on the logistics of the business and finds numerous ways to provide our clients with an edge. As the cornerstone of WH Consulting, she is the driver of the teams that we organize to assist your company. Using these very teams, we are able to take your company to excellence and beyond. Whatever you can do, she can do better.
Israel Askew
Nicknamed “Eyes” for his genius-like ability to enable company executives to see their numbers in a way that leads them to make the decisions that result in: Reducing wasted expenditures, driving profitable sales growth, and increasing gross margins. Israel Askew is a Partner with WH Consulting and empowers our clients to better understand what the numbers mean and how to use them to drive their efforts toward a better bottom line. Israel has a BA in Finance from Portland State University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and has been an executive, leading growing companies for over 20 years.
